“My mom.. I cook along with her.. I’m not a very good
chef.. but Sundays me n dad help her out..”
she was relieved by that answer.. “Ahhh your mother..”
“and what did you think..?”
she didn’t want to answer it.. but she knew she was trapped..
“I thought.. smone special…” she looked down and answered
“I didn’t have anyone special till now..” oh no.. he said what came to his
mind.. was that right thing to do.. No.. he thought..
“Till now..??”
his cell buzzed.. he thanked god for it..
“yes mom.. I’ve got the car.. will reach in half an hour..”
“yaa ya..”
“Oh k.. I’ll get it.. anythg else..?”
“fine.. I’ll bring that too..”
“Can we go to Spencer’s daily near your house? Or should I drop you first..?”
“You wanna buy..?”
“cheese and some oregano”
“fine.. we’ll go..”
He parked the car, she waited for him at the entrance. They both walked
together, jus lik a perfect couple.. only thing was remaining was to hold
hands.. she showed him the cheese counter jus by tilting her neck.. n they
walked towards it.. he added it to the basket, turning around he didn’t find
her along with him.. he panicked that was so not him.. but he thought he lost
her.. n where.. when did she leave him.. where had she gone…
Tapping on his back, she stood there with the oregano bottle in her hand..
offering it to him.. he wanted to shout at her.. where had she suddenly
disappeared.. couldn’t she jus inform before moving around.. he thought..
“ are we done here now.. or anything else..?”
her question brought him to his senses.. he was amazed by his very own thought
of having authority over her..
he showed his thumbs up.. “done..!!”
they walked to the billing counter.. she looked at the ice cream chiller.. he
noticed her looking at the ice cream boards..
“Ice cream..?”
“Hmmmmm..” she winked her eyes..
they walked towards the counter.. he started to wonder which flavor she would
order.. she was thinking will he also eat choco chips..? or should I ask him..
No I’ll jus order two choco chips.. I hope he’ll lik it..
reaching the counter.. he said, “two choco chip cones please..”she looked at him with surprise..
